I am a liver transplant surgeon who has been exploring the application of computational models to gain insight into human disease. In silico, I have modelled the mitochondrial proteome in the context of liver transplantation, embryogenesis and primary liver cancer. Present work is concentrating on the development of in silico models to improve outcome in primary liver cancer with the aim to use multi-omic biological data to facilitate diagnostics, management stratification and therapeutic design.
The Foundation runs on donations. Every little helps us continue our work.
