Research interests:  My main research interests are aimed at 1) Understanding the molecular mechanisms regulating the balance between cell survival and death  2) Identification and characterisation of novel molecular markers for cancer development and treatment and 3) Elucidation of the mechanistic aspects of post-translational modification (i.e. phosphorylation) in the regulation of cancer development.
