Dr Lindsey Edwards

After completing my PhD on The Role of the Gut-Microbiota in the Aetiology of Crohn's Disease at University College London, I have continued to work in the area of mucosal immunology. My specific research interests are in the mucosal barrier immunology, host-microbiobe interactions and subsequent priming of adaptive immune responses, investigating how these interactions go awry as a pathogenic co-factor in intestinal and liver disease.
